The house is awesome. It's modernly and tastefully furnished and very spacious. Moreover, it was absolutely clean and we found all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, where we had a nice barbecue. From the house it's only a five minute walk to the centre of Bale. Bale does not only have a nice medieval core, but is (at least in high season) livelier than we had expected with some nice restaurants and bars. Bale is also well located for exploring Istria (10 minute drive to the motorway, 15 minutes to Rovinj, 30 minutes to Pula) and not far from the sea (10 minutes by car, access to camp Mon Perin is included in the rent). And last but not least: Davor is a really nice, welcoming guy, who answered all our questions and left us a fridge filled with cold drinks. Check-in and check-out were easy. Absolute recommendation!
